Nijah Harris – Photoshoot Portfolio Review, America’s Next Top Model Cycle 12, ANTM 2009

Nijah is the classic case of a model having all the potential in the world and not knowing what to do with it. Her gorgeous body and ridiculously modelesque face never translated in any of her photos. Still, if she can figure it out, she has tons of potential to make it as a real model in the fashion industry.

Total disaster! Nijah looks horrible yet again, her clothing doesn’t work, and the overall colours don’t mix well in this photo.

Stiff posing and an awkward expression doom this photo. I still haven’t seen Nijah look good in a photo, which is unfortunate, because she would seem to have all the features that should show up well in photo.

Tyra didn’t really do too much with Nijah’s look, but not much was really needed. I like the fuller and more focused hair. The look helps elevate Nijah’s look even more.

NIjah’s expression is nice and there’s good action in this photo. I am a little concerned, though, with how her face is showing up in this photo. Let’s hope it was a case of poor lighting, as it would be sad if Nijah’s gorgeous face ended up being not photogenic.

Nijah’s face is absolutely gorgeous. She has the body and bone structure to really succeed in the modeling world. Unfortunately, Nijah looks stiff stiff stiff in this photo. Let’s hope she can turn it around on the next photoshoot.
