Vong Sundara has emerged on to the Canadian comedy landscape with his exciting new stand-up comedy storytelling style that has gotten him known as the Official Spokesperson for Young, Gay, Super-Cute Asians. Known for his fresh blend of ghetto toughness and valley-girl sensibilities, he is out to prove that being gay and Asian are the least unique things about him.

Vong has performed in front of thousands at the closing ceremonies of the North American Outgames and appeared on Out For Laughs on OutTV. Vong will soon be appearing on Downelink.com’s One Night Stand Up on MTV Logo Network and Homo Night in Canada’s 10th Anniversary Gala during Toronto Pride 2010.

Vong is also the founder of Comedy Cares, a new production company committed to partnering with non-profit and charity organizations to raise funds for worthy causes while entertaining crowds everywhere. Partnerships include National Post and Canwest Raise-a-Reader fund on the upcoming Laughter for Literacy fundraising comedy show on April 15, 2010.
